Here at E3 Strength, we are a family.

Below is a little bit about our team and who we are:

Mandi Sewell

General Manager

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

TRX Certified Instructor

A caring guide, Mandi fosters a will most clients do not expect from themselves.  Mandi makes a point to put the client first, counseling the individual on all aspects of fitness, all while establishing a relationship that pilots individuals through workouts seamlessly.

Zach Stoneman

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

NASM-WLS Weight Loss Specialist

NASM-CES Corrective Exercise Specialist

PES Performance Enhancement Specialist

After being unhappy with his own weight Zach decided to pursue a lifestyle change that would get him active and feeling healthier. It didn’t happen overnight, but through hard work and consistency he was able to lose just over 50 pounds. However, eventually he, like most people, hit a plateau and decided to get the professional assistance of a personal trainer/coach.  Not only did Zach learn the corrective exercise strategies that allowed him to reach his goals, but Zach also gained a passion for others who struggle to reach their goals. With a national certification in personal training it is Zach’s duty and obligation to help people just like you. If you’ve been thinking of making a change like this, you owe it to yourself to work with Zach!!

Alex Spears

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Transformations take hard work, a focused diet, and most of all time.  Alex has put in work in all three areas to transform himself into the strong, efficient and focused fitness coach he has become.  As he continues his personal transformation, Alex has helped and continues to serve countless clients as they achieve their health and wellness goals.

Grace Andersen

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Trained in ballet, jazz and modern dance, Grace parlayed her love for dance and deadlifts into a fulfilling career in fitness. So much so, that she graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelors degree in both dance and exercise science. Post college, Grace became a certified personal trainer and has been serving her community for the past year before relocating to Florida in joining the team here at E3 Strength.
