Bootcamp means small-group fitness. With a max class size of 10 participants to one trainer, we are able to give each individual the personalized attention that they need. It’s like personal training that you share with your friends. Each workout lasts 1 hour, with a warm up, traditional strength moves and a metabolic portion designed to burn pure body fat. Have fun and get results. Multiple classes available per day.
